Company statement of operating philosophy
We make things easy and simple in our company, but we would like you to take 5 minutes to read through the policies and procedures, since that is your guideline on how to successfully follow our programme. For once in your life, you will have some fun reading about “policies and procedures”; they are there for you and the company.
Ethics
Please conduct your business in an ethical and credible manner when you deal with your Spinglo friends, customer and members. The company will not permit unethical or illegal activity and will intervene when such behaviour is found to exist. The company also reserves the right to use its own discretion in determining the appropriate course of action. This could mean the suspension or termination of your membership, forfeiting all future commissions. So be nice out there, do not take shortcuts - they will only make you fail.
Examples of unethical or illegal activity include, but are not limited to:
Acquiring Spinglo friends
Hey members, when you get your Spinglo friends and customers, start with your “warm market”, and in your local area. That is where you will have most success. It’s not going to cost you much time or money visiting your friends or a local business in your own area, and you will have fun doing it since it is quick and easy. You are not allowed to get Spinglo friend’s through SMS services or other automated marketing systems. Spinglo friends will have to confirm their email addresses so only unique email addresses are allowed on Spinglo friends.
Remember that there will be no bonuses paid out on members who do not get their 8 Spinglo friends within their first 45 days of business and members are not qualified to receive bonuses unless they have a minimum of 8 Spinglo friends.
How to Offer and the terms of the Spinglo concept
You will offer the customers a free Spinglo web site registration – that’s it! You promote Spinglo.com and nothing else. The company has an agreement with Spinglo and no one else. I think you get it! Promote Spinglo.com!
Use of the Company’s name
You are not allowed to use the company’s name or the name Spinglo, since our name is our most valuable asset and therefore must be protected at all times. As such, members of our programme are strictly prohibited from representing themselves as having any other affiliation with the company than as an “Independent Member” at any time or in any manner.
Development and use of independent marketing materials
The Company has developed, and is continuing to develop, the best possible support system that any membership programme has ever seen. You may print customer leaflets, commission plans, one-page presentations and other material found in your back office. You are not allowed to make up your own material carrying the company name or logo in any way, shape or form without prior written approval from the company. However, if you want to make your own business cards you are free to do so, just remember to use the correct logo, which you will find in your back office.
Earnings/Income claims
You may state that there is a minimum potential income according to the company’s directive for each position in the company programmes’ bonus and commission plan. Any other statements made regarding earning and income claims are not allowed. You are, of course, always allowed to talk about your personal income. If you make nothing, you can say that and if you make a lot you can say that too!
Website, links and spamming
You can create your own company members website free of charge (or course). You may market your website to any one on your own mailing lists, post on Facebook or other social media sites, however you are not allowed to use spamming to spread awareness of your website.
Telemarketing, random diallers, e-mails and lead generation programs
Furthermore, do not use telemarketing, random diallers or any other form of generation programmes to spread the word about your business activity or recruiting Spinglo friends. It is very unlikely to work, and it will only cost you time and money. Try posting messages on Facebook, Twitter, blogs, chat rooms, forums and other sites where you may be a member and are in a well-known environment. Talk to friends and co-workers about your newfound business opportunity instead. You are not allowed to use the name ‘synkronice’ or ‘spinglo’ in any of your e-mail addresses or web domains.
Cash or monetary incentives
The company has its own incentives system and therefore you are not allowed to give out money or other promotions in order to boost recruitment or customer acquisition. Again, this will only lead to more money being spent on your side and you do not have to do that.
Media enquiries and personal appearances
Since the company or a spokesperson does not employ you, you are not allowed to speak on behalf of the company, but you are welcome to talk about your own personal business experience in the company to whom you like. Questions concerning the company’s business and activities should be sent to media@synkronice.com or you can refer them to our PR part of the website for more information.
Events
The company will organise events in different locations around the world, giving you the highest possible leadership training and motivation. In addition, the company will organise and conduct seminars during country-by-country tours involving senior management from the company. You are welcome to host your own meetings as long as you are not conducting them in an unethical and improper manner, giving false statements and information about our membership programme and/or the company. When you host your meetings, do not overcharge people at the door, make everyone understand that you are all sharing the cost of the venue.
Remuneration
The Company reserves the right to pursue the remuneration of any legal or operational fees or the recovery for any damages as a result of any policy violation by you. The Company reserves the right to recoup such costs from future commissions. Basically, if you do things in the right way, nothing will happen!
Claims of employment
As a member of the company membership programme you are an independent contractor and not an employee of the company. The company will ask for your personal details when you sign up and store them to keep track of the relationship you have with the company. This information will be kept secret from everyone.
Contractual obligations
All members are responsible for their own expenses, which may result from their business operations. You shall not hold the company, its shareholders, partners, co-partners, directors, officers and employees responsible for any claims, damages or liabilities arising out of such action.
Reporting taxes
You are not considered a company employee for any legal or tax purposes. It is your own responsibility to make all tax payments as required by law. The company may, in the countries where it is required to do so, withhold any taxes stated by law. Where it is not required, the company will not do so. Since you make the decision when you want your commissions to be sent to you, it is easy to plan your taxes. We recommend that you consult with your tax office (that is also free) when planning your personal tax situation.
Partnership
If you want to register a partnership in the company, the positions have to be sponsored by each other. Then you can both act as “one” and you will be promoted as “one”. If you are not sponsored by each other it is not possible, unless one of the positions is deactivated, one month elapses and then that person re-joins the programme. We do not want people jumping around all the time, but if this is what you wish to do, you are welcome to do so, simply wait one month and you can start again, with whom you want.
Business status
If you want to start as a member using a registered business, you are required to fill out your company registration numbers when applying to become a member in our membership programme. You always have to register all your correct names when signing up even if you are signing up as a company. If you want to change your membership status later to a business one, you will have to send us an email to change@synkronice.com with all the necessary information. The email has to come from the registered email address connected to the original membership account. There is an administration fee of 30 EUR for doing so and it may take up to 1 week to complete.
Married
If you are married, your spouse has to be sponsored by you. If you are getting married with someone who is already a member in our programme and you are also registered independently as a member in the programme, you will both keep your positions. If you want to join together, one of you will have to terminate their membership and re-join, but in this case there is no need to wait the one-month. It takes place when you have the ring on the finger.
Divorcing representatives
In case of divorce for a couple that operate under one individual membership, they will have to provide the legally valid documentation specifying the ownership of the membership position. They should send this to change@synkronice.com also. Now we do not want people to divorce but sometime it just happens.
User name
You can choose your user name in the programme. We do not allow usernames that have implications of a violent or sexual nature or that may involve offensive language. If this happens and we find out we will charge 30 EUR and change the name ourselves to something more appropriate. If you wish to change your username, to one that is not taken by someone else, there is an administrative fee of 30 EUR to do so. Send an email to change@synkronice.com and it will take up to 1 week to complete.
The company membership agreement.
New members have to sign up online on www.synkronice.com
There you will be asked to select your preferred language and read these policies and procedures then enter your personal information. It is obligatory that you use your correct given names, your correct address and other personal information when registering since our banking system will ask for a KYC (Know Your Customer) that will require you to proof you identity and address. After that it is time to choose one of the amazing product packs. You can choose from Economy, Standard or Executive. In some countries we do not want people to start with anything other than the Economy Pack – and guess why? The ‘economy’ is the answer! However, everyone is free to choose whichever product package he or she wants depending if it is available in your market.
Representations
You are only allowed to state the official amounts of the potential income someone could earn, depending on the different positions for members. Any other statements regarding earning are not allowed. If there is more then one physical person on any membership agreement, the company will only allow the awards to go to ‘one’ physical person. It is also a requirement with some awards, for example watches, cars and luxury trips that your business revenues will need to reach certain turnover to achieve it. These turnover numbers may change from year to year depending on the promotions going on and can be found in your back office.
Changing sponsorship
You can change your sponsor, by resigning your membership. This is done by sending an email to resign@synkronice.com and stating the reasons for your resignation. You will, however be required to stay out of the programme for 1 month before being allowed to re-joining. You will also be required to buy a new product pack. The only exception to this is if you are marrying someone who is already a member within the programme and you are one too. In this case, you may re-join the next day. Again making sure that a ring was put on his/her finger.
Selling your distributorship
You can sell your position and charge what you want as long as the person who wants it is ok with the price. For example; if you sell your old car for 1.000.000 EUR and someone wants to pay that, there is no rule that says you cannot. If you have a position and want to give it away to someone, you are free to do that. Just remember that who ever is joining, has to be over 18 years of age and there is an administrative cost of 30 EUR to do it. Send an email to change@synkronice.com and we will fix it within 1 week.
Transfer/Disposal of a membership
You may transfer your membership to whomever you want, as long as they are over 18 years of age or a legally registered business. There is an administrative cost of 30 EUR to do this and if you wish to do it – just send an email to change@synkronice.com and we take care of that also – within 1 week or so.
Transfer/Disposal of Spinglo friends
You cannot transfer Spinglo friends to other positions or give them away.
Change of member information
All other changes of personal information (except names, transfers etc as stated above) are free of charge (almost everything in the Company is free - of course) and they will be updated as soon as you save the information in your back office.
Reports
You can access your reports in your back-office, all free of charge (like it’s costing anything!).
Commissions, bonuses and pools
The commissions for services and products that have generated CV through Spinglo will be generated the third Friday after the end of any given month. It will be paid to your E-wallet account the next day. You have the option to choose to take them out by making a transfer to your account in your country or, if you have chosen any of our banking solutions, you can load them onto your bank account/card. There is a loading fee to load your commissions and a fee if you choose to wire transfer the money. That fee may vary depending on your country of origin. All the banking costs are specified in your back office. All commissions that are being paid out will automatically generate an invoice on behalf of the member’s registered name in the back office. From that point forward, you will be personally responsible for your taxes and other social security costs.
Bonuses for products being bought by members are paid out when members qualify with a minimum of 8 Spinglo friends. Members will have 45 days to qualify and if they fail, the bonuses will be forfeited. Therefore the Open Line bonus will not be paid out until 45 days after a bonus period has ended to enable members to qualify.
Pools are there for people who have chosen the Executive product package and have qualified for L1 or higher. Also you need to acquire 25 new Spinglo friends each year to stay qualified. The pools will be calculated based on the Level in the career ladder and also based on the total turnover of Executive members’ personal Spinglo friends. The sizes of the pools may vary depending on the products or services it is generated from and that information will be found in your back office. There is a minimum requirement of revenues coming from yourself ( join) or your personal Spinglo friends to be qualified. This may vary from year to year.
Bonuses generated and not collected/transferred by members on their Synkronice back office accounts within 6 months after it’s been allocated will be forfeited.
Customer qualifications
The Spinglo friends that generate CV (commission value) will only be counted into the commission calculations 14 days after their order was fully paid, since we are obliged to adhere to the appropriate cancellation time in every country. So, if you have a customer that has generated revenues, which created CV less than 14 days before the end of any given month, he or she will be counted into the calculations for the following month.
Compliance
In our company, we do not want to make things complicated. Since we have simple policies and procedures to follow, we do not have a compliance department, however if you feel someone is doing something illegal or unethical we would like to hear about it. Send us an email to funnystories@synkronice.com and tell us what’s going on. Thank you for policing and protecting yours and our business.
Violations
If you feel like violating any of our easy to follow policies and procedures, please do not do so. We want everyone to be happy and have better lives. However, if you are doing something that may put our company or any of our partners at risk in any way, we will take the appropriate legal action against you. That may mean, for example, being sued, being taken to court and as a result paying tons of money trying to defend your actions.
Confidentiality and non-disclosure of proprietary information
You also agree not to share any confidential information that you may have come into contact with during your business activities in our membership programme. We always share things, but please do not share things you are not supposed to share, OK
This concludes the full Policies and Procedures for the membership programme and we hope you have enjoyed reading them. Have fun out there and help others to make money and then you will make money too.
Again, welcome to the business!
